I am a trading card hoarder, more so than a collector. Although, I love looking through my old cards and sorting them. I'm always changing my mind, when I'm 90% complete from the organizing them the previous way.

Baseball would be the sports most sought after in any version, since they cards have led me to be a bigger fan, and because I thought I was going to me on a card on day. However the baseball career ended in a junior college were I was not able to make the team. Some thing in life happened so the dream, ended there.

Cards have been a way for me to coup with life, they were my entertainment and my stress relief. I would even invent games or incorporate cards into games. So they kept my mind busy.

The total amount of years focused collecting, is much lower than most my age. I started and left late because I had to grow up, I was become a father. So my beginning was brief 3 years. After my separation from my wife and dealing with anxiety issues, the cards came back briefly. Then in 2015, the hunt began to add cards to my collections, from the dark years. Thanks to the internet, I found like minded collectors on facebook, then YouTube, Twitter, etc...

Now I'm in the middle of the hobby boom, and I'm having a good time hoarding cards that are appealing to me and making new hobby projects, such as binders, & set collecting.

The biggest collecting goals are finding unique and factory variations of Ryne Sandberg cards. Build a new collection of Mike Trout base cards, maybe some high end. Mike Trout has the local sports figure tag.
Here are players, I tend to trade or buy.

  1. Ryne Sandberg
  2. Wil Myers
  3. Mike Trout
  4. Phillies (along with all team cards, I have separate projects within)
    Phavorite Phillies
Ryan Howard, Chase Utley, Jimmy Rollins, Scott Rolen, Mike Lieberthal, Jayson Werth, Andrew McCutchen, JT Realmuto, Bryce Harper, Rhys Hoskins, Roy Halladay, & Cole Hamels.
Phanastic Phillies Cards (These are cards that just look sweet, or vintage)
  5. Steelers
Player collections building for Jerome Bettis, TJ Watt, and Kordell Stewart.
  6. Goalie cards
Building a franken set of just goalie cards
  7. Puerto Rican Baseball players
Players from San Juan Dream Team in 1995, or world baseball classic team in 2017
  8. Birthday Buddies, Any player born on August 1.
Gregg Jefferies, Adam Jones, Madison Bumgarner, Pete Mackanin, Kenny Vargas, Edgerrin James, Stacey Augmon, etc...
  9. Sixers
Joel Embiid is the most desire, with Allen Iverson, and Jerry Stackhouse.
  10. Newly added to the mindset Flyers Travis Konecny

I'm sure I am missing others I like to buy.

On trading card database, my hope is to build some trading relationship with cards, I'm willing to let go for cards, I would like or have on the want list.

My only issue is something I like other stuff, that I did not realize existed, or acetate & shiny. So hopefully this can get me away from the only Ryne Sandberg card offers.

Check back in January for more!

As a native Denverite, born and raised in Colorado, I bleed orange and blue. I collect only Denver Broncos cards, 1960-present. In the process of filling the holes in my ever-expanding collection.

I am primarily open to trades only, but will entertain sales for specific cards, like hard to find, rare or unique cards specific to the Broncos. I have some older NFL and 1990 Baseball that I’m looking to trade. Plus, since I collects only Broncos, if you are looking for a Bronco card, check out my For Sale/Trade list.

i work full-time so weekends are when proposals, responses and mail gets taken care of. I do this out of love and not money, but do want to collect nice, clean cards. My trade list is all Excellent and higher.

Let’s trade!
