Notes

Cards #131-200 that were intended to be a continuation of 1998 Donruss Crusade (which ended at #130 in 1998 Leaf Rookies & Stars) and were to be inserted in various 1998 and 1999 Donruss/Leaf sets but were never officially distributed due to Pinnacle's bankruptcy. All cards listed within were discovered and distributed in the aftermarket and do not have serial numbers like the original #1-130.

Would have been serial numbered to 250 but actual cards do not have any serial number stamping. Some of these cards may be available in the aftermarket.
