The upper left and lower right cards are 1992 Score, and the upper right and lower left cards are 1992 Pinnacle. The sheets do not have perforations, and the cards are identical to the regular issues if cut into singles.

4-card uncut panels that feature most of the same cards as the Score/Pinnacle ones, but these have Pinnacle in the upper left and lower right instead, while Score is in the upper right and lower left instead. Possibly box bottoms?
