86 was my gateway into the hobby. I was playing little league baseball and Wade Boggs was becoming my idol. My brother got me some packs for my birthday that ignited the chase for Wade Boggs cards.

The greatest set of all time. The photography and the varied types of shots they have among the set, the real and complex emotions captured, is just awesome.
My first packs... My little brother and I would bmx down to the local 7-11 and grab a pack (with the sticks of gum inside) and a slurpee. Good times.
