- Card #208 photo of Terry Leach was taken on Pink Hat Day at Yankee Stadium, Yankees vs. Twins on June 23, 1991.
- Card #667 photo of Paul Abbott was taken on Pink Hat Day at Yankee Stadium, Yankees vs. Twins on June 23, 1991.
- 8 1/2" x 11" numbered promo sheets of the 20 Rookie Sensation cards were available by sending in 10 wrappers plus a dollar for shipping and handling.
- 2,000 autographed Roger Clemens cards were randomly inserted into packs.
- Rookie Prospects were back in the 1992 set after missing the 1991 set. This is the first year a rookie prospect did not share a card with another player.
- The 20-card 'Rookie Sensations' subset was available through a mail-in offer for $1 and 10 Fleer wrappers. A ten-card uncut promo sheet measuring 8 1/2" x 11" was also available, with the offer expiring July 31, 1992.

The Kirby Puckett All-Star Game Fanfest card listed here for 1992 Fleer in the inserts section... does anyone know if this card actually exists? Seems very odd to have, and the only company I've seen with cards going under that title were by Upper Deck.

I like the design fine but have always felt the inserts fell flat. | ||
One nine card Lumber Company set was included with every factory set. Three Roger Clemens subset cards were also included with every factory set. | ||
