From Wikipedia:

The name "Blue Rocks" was chosen because of the blue granite found along the Brandywine River in Wilmington.

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

I grew up going to some games in Wilmington when this team first started. I remember it being a big deal because we didn't have a baseball team in Delaware (even though Baltimore/Philly are close). I remember Johnny Damon being there and I think Carlos Beltran was too, as they were a Royals affiliate at first. As mentioned above, they are named after the blue granite that is common in that area.

The front is good but not too impressed with the back. However, it's a good minor card
