I don’t know much about Topps and Pete Rose, but his last Topps card was in 2020 (as part of a Phillies Decades best, only showing his side/back), his last buyback was in 2017, and his last regular card in 1989 (he had a promo card in 1991).  He has never had a Bowman card, but this article states that he will have a Bowman card this year, along with Bob Gibson. https://ripped.topps.com/top-bob-gibson-cards-to-collect/

If one is banned from baseball, are they necessarily banned from baseball cards? You'd think Panini would have been all over this even without the licensing.

I collect Pete Rose cards. I am very glad they don't buy back his cards and deface them. If Topps hates him that much, they should buy back all his cards, deface them and destroy all their value.

Panini/Donruss has put out some cards of him, as recently as last year.  Leaf has been the dominant producer of his cards over the last decade.

Yeah, I got that. Was just being more general on dislike on how Topps loves to destroy their cards as it is withe the stamped buybacks.
