I don't know him but I want to send respect to Carthage44 for all the points he earned and for being the all the time points leader. He must of put in much work and Hussle to achieve that.
I know there is probably many other members to share but my knowledge of before I signed up is slim. I only used the site as a checklist. Wish I signed up long ago (well maybe not reading the forums now)
Edited for obvious reasons

One of my personal favorites that is no longer with us is David. He brought class, humor, an open mind and was always a pleasure to interact with. When he was on the site he chimed in where he could and I wish I could have had a bourbon or a cheeseburger with him.

For sure! Miss his wit.
Edit: My apologies I hit the wrong button and this looks like I miss Carthage44's wit. I was referring to David.

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

David (switzr1) was a class act. He fought to the end and in an email to me a few months before his passing he expressed confidence in his faith in God's promises.
Dan (PapaG321) is another member who I miss. We had more discussions on cards than we had trades. And he was very helpful on finding information particularly about my collection and easy going in our trades.

Follow my blog - I Identify as a Card Collector. “Aslan didn't tell Pole what would happen. He only told her what to do. That fellow will be the death of us once he's up, I shouldn't wonder. But that doesn't let us off following the signs.” - Puddleglum in The Silver Chair by C. S. Lewis
