I am new to the site and am trying to figure out how to add completed sets to my TCDB collection and have them shown as completeted sets. 

Also, if I have say 3 complete 1980 Topps sets, how do I have it show that I have 3 completed sets?

Further, can I add notes about each set that are attached to the set in my collection?  For example can I attach a note to each set saying what condition it is?

hi and welcome.  for adding sets, select the set you are adding to as if you were adding individual cards.  go to where it says "choose an action"  it is a drop down and one of the actions is "add all cards to your collection"   there is also a variant to add all cards except err/var cards.  as for the last question, i seldom add notes, but i'm sure someone will be along shortly to answer that for you.

Welcome roathlerb! You can add specific notes on each card once it's added into your collection. Once successfully added (it'll show blue), click on the pulldown menu and select "Edit Details". From there you have quite a few options, including a comment field.

My only suggestion that I can think of that would be a set level would be Unopened Material on the right hand side of the Collection Summary screen.  Go to a set that you dont have in your inventory and play around with it. You can always remove whatever you have done.  So, you will proably have to select 'factory set' in the pull down but at least you get some type of set level grading that you are asking about.  You can also add notes here so that also might be useful.  Once added it in the center of the Collection Summary screen.  I think that will help you.  Welcome to the site!
