Poll of the Day

I haven't been a big fan of this on the front page but today has to be a new worst poll ever. If the options equal the same amount at least add an option of they are the same instead of which way you would like to pay the same result. Come on, you have to have better material than this.

On another site there was several pages about something like this.   It was about selling on E-Bay    Which is best selling for $2 free shipping vs $1 with $1 shipping.   That I can see people thinking differently but this NO.

I liked this one. I went with $2 with free shipping because when I enter the price here it makes my collection seem more valuable. Not that that matters at all. But anyway, I didn't think it was a bad poll. None of the polls really matter, just a bit of fun in the morning (or whenever you first check the site).

This may have more to do with whomever is accepting the specific questions to be uploaded. That, in turn, might be due to not many questions of substance suggested.

I don’t understand the meaning of the feature to begin with (not to mention it being poorly placed on the sites’ home page). If users have questions like this to ask, why not just post in the forums?

Maybe at least move the feature in the area of card battles or name the set. These polls taking up prime space above the forums seems silly in my opinion.

I don't think the polls hurt. If you like them vote, if you don't, move on.

I will say, this one could have used an "I don't care they are the same amount" option.

It’s just for engagement. I wouldn’t get too worked up about it.

At least add a last option of No opinion or Not Applicable, etc. That way we can make it go away right away. On the last two polls, none of the choices worked for me.

It doesn't go away. It moves to beneath the Buy/Sell/Trade forums.
