TRYING TO DISCERN THE DIFFERANCE BETWEEN REGULAR AND RETAIL  IS IT THE THICKNESS OF THE CARD OR SOMETHING ELSE?

Most of the time it will be the difference in the insert sets, "Retail" will have a much lower end chase, but some retail pieces are almost impossible to Uptain. Take 23-24 Hoops silver Rookies numbered to /6 odds are 1/ 172K packs! I hit a NO BODY Bulls Center 3/6 sold at Frank & Sons for $345.00 Cash a NO BODY so just pulls Hoops is a fun rip btw 

The "regular" set is supposed to have the "dazzle" or "fast break" sparkle finish on the front.  Look at the other inserts sets, they follow the same pattern.

Which means the two cards with images are incorrect.  They can't be moved because the Retail set already has the correct images.  I will put in IR's to have them removed.
