It seems they are the same card just with the logo in different places. I could be wrong. I picture would also be more helpful when asking about a variation.

They are from the same set/release, which is what I believe you're asking. Are they the "same" card? That's up to the collector, I guess. Many have the stamp in at least two different general locations (e.g. top-left vs top-right or top-right vs bottom-right). COMC happens to differentiate the cards by the stamp's general location. Some collectors might care to chase the differences.

It does look like a few of the cards are like that (#16 - Kenny Singleton for example) in this set. Would you be able to upload a picture or scan of the card? You could also navigate to the set, find the card from the checklist and open the overview of your card. Under the pictures of the front/back and below the +Add Tag green tab you can leave a comment about your finding. Also to the left of the Comments you will see in bold orange See any inaccuracies? You could also report your find there, and perhaps a note will get added after investigation of your claim.

I don't know much about this set (in that I don't have them in my collection) but considering that the images were almost all uploaded by a point farmer, I suspect that the images were copied from another source and not actual scans of cards. It has been known in recent years that many images on company websites are not always the actual final version of the card that is issued to collectors. Just saying....

Yes, 673 cards uploaded by one member. Considering the 1:3 Hobby box insertion ratio, he'd have to had bought 2,019 boxes.
I remember going through the gallery when working on my Buybacks...SACRILEGE user list and thinking, "So many of these don't look like actual scans of a foiled card."

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

How is he a point farmer? Because he collects a set and has all of the cards depicted?

And since the original poster asked, for some years, the regular Heritage buybacks are stamped in one location on the card, and the High Number Heritage buybacks in another.

There's this thing called eBay where you can buy cards without buying whole boxes.
