Primarily I am a Minnesota Twins collector. Secondarily I am a set builder, mainly Topps baseball. I also collect Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Wild.

When it comes to trades, I ship almost exclusively in PWE - I'm meticulous in packaging (I use cereal box like material in every envelope w/ blue painters tape on all four sides. Envelopes are sealed with clear packing tape).

Ideal trade size is 1 to 18 cards and even up to 27 cards in a PWE too. All trades more than 27 will be jewel cased in a bubble mailer.

Please take a look at my want lists and for sale/trade lists and let me know if you'd like to work a trade. I'm constantly updating my collections, want lists and for sale/trade lists, so check back often.

Interesting Fact about me: My parents used to work for the company that packaged Score, Playoff, Pinnacle, Cardz, Sportsflix and Pokémon cards in the 1980's and 1990's.

If you're into Japanese pro wrestling or MTV Rock n Jock softball and custom cards, I made a New Japan Pro Wrestling set back in 2021 featuring stars from the company's history and a small MTV Rock N Jock softball set in 2018. I have them for sale on eBay, you can buy them there if you want. Or you could message me here and buy them for much cheaper. Even better, we could set up a trade.

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fss=1&_saslop=1&_sasl=bt_trading_cards&LH_SpecificSeller=1

I collect music: vinyl, cds, cassettes, etc. If you have any you want to get rid of, hit me up. I collect mainly punk, ska, and 90s alternative, but not exclusively. Send me a list of what you have, and I may be interested.

If I have stuff on my for trade/sale list you want, but you don't have anything on my want list, message me anyway. I'm pretty easy going, and want way more than what is actually on my list. We'll work it out.

I'm a big Detroit Tigers fan. Baseball is my number one, then pro wrestling. After that pretty much anything from the 90s.

I'm a set builder more than anything, but I do collect Detroit Tigers autos of any player.

Top Priorities:

2021 Topps MLB Parallels and Inserts

2021 Panini Mosaic MLB Parallels and Inserts

2021 Bowman Platinum MLB Top Prospects

2003 Fleer WWE Aggression Inserts

2021 Topps WWE Parallels and Inserts

2021 Upper Deck AEW

This applies to all cards but especially the older pre-junk era cards. If the condition of your cards are less than nrmt or mint then make an effort to note this on your entries. I, like probably most other collectors on here, am not looking to trade my sharp cards that are in a very collectible condition (usually straight from pack and protected) for cards that are withered, worn, have dull corners, creases, marks etc. Be transparent. It's a frustrating process lately it seems. People care about condition, it shouldn't come as a surprise and it's very disappointing to not get in return what you're giving

I have a lot of cards up for sale/trade that I don't take the time to input into TCDB as we know it can be very time consuming. If you see something you want to trade for there's a good chance I have more from your wantlist so feel free to send offers. I will generally accept most offers as long as we can reach a fair (Beckett book value) deal

Fully transparent with card conditions etc.

Priorities:

1. Upper Deck (base set and Young Guns) 1998-99 to Present

2. Tim Hortons base sets

3. McDonald's base sets

4. General set building

I know this is long; skip the "I focus on" section if you're just interested in trading from our trade matches.

tl;dr:

Fundamentally, I want you to get the cards you want, via trades that are easy to agree to. I most prefer 1:1 trades of cards with the same rarity from the same set (but I know that market realities will sometimes require some additional return). Other trades are very possible but require more attention to detail, which... well, easier is better! Try to make it easy and do not try to take advantage of me. Buy and sell cards if you're seeking profit; I believe trading is for the mutual enrichment of personal collections.

If I have to think/research hard to consider the value on both sides of a trade, I'm more likely to just decline because I don't want this to feel like work beyond what is absolutely necessary (gathering, packaging, and shipping).

I focus on:

  • Baseball
    • Phillies (Primarily 2019-present, Harper and Stott in particular).
    • Less passionately: Blue Jays and Pirates.
    • Shohei Ohtani (how unique of me)
    • Sets in progress (base unless otherwise noted):
      • 2022
        • Topps Heritage (Just RCs)
        • Topps Allen & Ginter Good For You Minis
        • Topps Update
      • 2023
        • Topps Heritage
        • Topps Allen & Ginter base RCs, base non-baseball, & Music to Your Ears
        • Topps flagship Stars of MLB inserts
        • Topps Update
        • Topps Archives
  • Hockey
    • Penguins (mostly 90s, post-lockout '00s and 2022-23 forward)
      • Crosby, Jagr (even non-Pens cards), and Lemieux
      • Not Malkin, actually. I don't like Evgeni Malkin.
    • Sabres (mostly post-lockout '00s and 2022-23 forward)
      • Rasmus Dahlin especially
    • Peter Forsberg
    • Scattered players outside of the above.
    • Sets in progress:
      • 2022-23 OPC
      • 2023-24 MVP
  • Pro wrestling (I have scattered favorites, mostly outside of WWE; Kenny Omega and Matt Jackson are my most card-relevant favorites, probably)
    • Sets in progress:
      • 1998 Topps WCW/nWO
      • 2021 AEW
      • 2022 AEW Main Features
  • Subject-used/worn relic cards.
  • I actually kind of value "napkin" relics over autographs. Autographs that weren't signed in front of me are very abstract to me (especially sticker autos) and they're of very modest appeal to me, accordingly. I'd almost as soon go for a replica autograph as a design element, and I won't pay a high price (in dollars or cards) for an autographed card; it's just not worth it to me (especially with the prices a lot of top-end subjects demand... I dig a cheap auto card that the market doesn't care much about).

Notes on transactions:

  • I mostly do not collect for investment/speculation purposes, but sometimes I pull a card from a pack that I expect will be worth more in the future than it is now. Even if they're on FS/FT, I will be hesitant to move those cards unless it's for a subject with similar potential or something immediately valuable. Basically, if it's a recent, high-demand rookie, I need the return to be pretty good.
  • It would take a special card to get me to buy something on TCDB.
  • I'm willing to sell cards but I'd kind of prefer to do it for some kind of gift card. I feel like that's easiest.
  • Any of my cards older than 2021 I'll want to double-check the condition of before committing us to a trade.
  • PWE unless otherwise negotiated.
  • I generally am not able to get around to putting together trades and mailing them out until the weekend. Apologies for the delay on early-to-mid-week trades!!
  • I don't want duplicates; please don't offer them. If you see more than one of something on my wantlist, it's a mistake on my part.
  • For my personal collection, I am extremely flexible about condition; I'd rather have a compromised version of a card I want than not have the card. Just be honest about it and adjust your return expectations accordingly.
  • Overwhelmingly, I'm primarily going to want to make apples-to-apples trades (that is to say, same set and rarity, with just some mild sensitivity to market demand). Apples-to-oranges trades are definitely possible but it obviously takes more attention to value. The bigger the trade (in terms of number of cards), the more I want it to be apples-to-apples.
    • To this point: sometimes I have wantlisted something purely because I have something FT from a set and just want to give people an option for a 1:1 trade that I'd go for.
  • I'm truly not particular about making sure both sides of a trade are balanced to the cent, but please make sure that there's not a hideous imbalance before you propose a trade. If you're offering base and asking for inserts/etc, that's generally not going to be fair and I'm going to reject and/or block. If you're just offering something as a starting point from trade matching, say so or I'll assume that what you're proposing is what you think is fair. I'm never trying to take advantage of anybody here, so I do not have patience for anyone who even seems like they are.
  • My overwhelming trading philosophy is just wanting to get particular cards (or set fodder) into the hands of people who will most appreciate them most, with an awareness of (but not a voracious appetite for) monetary value, scarcity, and demand. Accordingly, I am very willing to offer more than 1:1 for a high-demand subject who I'm also interested in. What exactly that means will depend on what I can do for you and just how high that demand is! That said, I generally won't mind giving up card with a higher market value for a "mathematically" (WRT odds) identical card if my personal affection for the subject equals or outweighs the market difference (which is impossible to measure but very likely outside of exceptionally high-demand subjects).
  • Wow, you read all of this? Thanks!

NOTICE: I've decided to make a slight change my trading approach.   I really don't have any interest in doing these large "player collection" trades anymore.  I'm a set collector and all my traders are stored by set (in nearly 100 3,200 count boxes).  It sometimes takes me hours to pull cards where someone is only looking for certain players.  Going forward, I will be rejecting these types of large trades.  I'm looking to help people complete their sets and vice versa.  A good rule of thumb when sending a trade proposal... think how many boxes will I have to pull from?  Sorry, but I hope you understand.  Craig

I’ve been collecting cards for over 47 years and have over 526,000 unique cards in my main collection, including some nice vintage stuff.  I collect older cards of the four major sports but lately I've been expanding to some more recent sets.  I'm primarily a Set Builder and I’m looking for other like-minded set builders to trade with.   I’ve accumulated tons of extra cards that I would like to trade away with almost 250,000 cards in my current For Trade list.  Big trades don't bother me. I have a huge Want List, so hopefully you have something I need.  Feel free to make me an offer.

For Canadian Traders: It's expensive for me to trade across the border.  Going forward I would like to limit cross border trades to two (2) PWEs. That's about 54 standard-size cards.  Thanks.

For Anyone Outside US/Canada: The increased postal rates have made it impossible for me to trade outside North America cheaply.  So going forward I will have to decline trades from outside US/Canada.  Sorry about that.

Update on Donruss/Leaf * Variations and Upper Deck Holo Variations:
I can't guaranty the junk wax era Donruss/Leaf cards and the UD holo variations are listed with the correct variation.  Going forward I will no longer check the variations on these cards.  If you want these cards regardless of the variations, feel free to request them in the trade.  However, If you want a specific variation of these cards, I'm no longer your guy - please don't put them in the trade request.  For all other cards that have variations, I will continue to check and make sure you get the correct one.

Note on Vintage Cards:
I have over 6,000 vintage cards listed for trade (I consider vintage to be 1977 or earlier).  For each card I've noted a condition grade and if you check closer, a note on each regarding any condition issues (be sure to select the correct one if multiple cards are shown).  Please note that I'm by no means a professional grader and if you're hyper-sensitive on card condition, please message me first and I'd be happy talk about it.  In exchange for these cards, I have three priorities:

  • 1) similar vintage cards that I need (any sport)
  • 2) inserts for my 90s sets that I need (any sport)
  • 3) or non-junk era base cards that i need as a last resort (any sport)

Note on Card ConditionA card noted as Pr, Fr, Gd, or GdVg will have some obvious condition issues such as creasing, corner wear, or marks.  I would consider them place holders in a collection at best (I've listed them because some people do want place holders).  A VG card will usually be a clean card with some corner wear or a centering issue.  For me, VG would be the bare minimum for my personal collection.  EX will be nice sharp card and VgEx will be something just between VG and Ex, still a nice card with a small issue that prevents it from being EX.  NM in vintage is a tough find.

I am a set builder, i do have some pc collection but the majority of my trades will be to complete sets.

No trade is too small or too big all trades considered ,in the USA

I ship to Canada and USA

Trades to Canada I'd rather they be a bit more than single cards due to postage.

All trades sent by PWE unless specified differently beforehand

I’m not always the best at taking cards out as I trade them . I try to be as accurate as possible but if I don’t have a card that is in a transaction I will always make it right and I apologize in advance for that.

I expect that once our transaction is complete that a feedback be posted as I will post a feedback.

I'm a set collector - working on sets from 1953 - present.  (Appreciate my mom never throwing out my cards!)  i love trading and always try to propose equitable trades that benefit everyone!  If possible, try to trade in same sets/years or close to it.  But, hey, I'm always wanting to trade.  Generally will send cards in PWE or a sturdy paperboard envelope with protection and non-machinable stamp so as to decrease the likelihood of damage to cards.  If larger trade, will send in bubble mailer with tracking.

Will be working to upload my want and have to trade lists for all years - appreciate your patience and all the help everyone's been giving.  With the vintage cards, I've tried to estimate the condition - but I'm no expert.  Happy to send pictures before trading.  I tend to grade conservatively.  I will mention if there are any creases.  I prefer EX cards in my collection - meaning perhaps good corners and no creases.

 Enjoy the hobby!

Hockey

Any and all Edmonton Oilers  (Main PC) I don't have.

    - Almost 17,500 different Oiler Cards, Ranked #1 in TCDB for Edmonton Oilers

Black Diamond up to and including 2014-15 (all Single Diamonds completed, some years fully Completed, working on the SP's

OPC Sets (All sets from 1977-78 completed to 2020-21 so now working back the years.  Getting ready for 2022-23)

McDonalds (All base sets completed now working on a few insert sets that I have yet to complete).

I love to trade and will sell if needed, I have lots of Hockey to trade.  If I have lots you need and none of my wants show up on your side don't be afraid to ask as I'm sure I could find something to make a trade work.  I usually ship PWE as that is what usually comes my direction, but I will ship bubble mailer if needed.  I mark the trade shipped when I actually ship the package, and mark received\completed as soon I receive the package.  Feedback is left at that time as well or else I will forget.

NOTE: - I am actively trading so if I don't reply in a few days or possibly a week  it means  I probably got pulled  out of  town with my job.

December 2023 Update

Still trading with my main focus being the collection reorg. I'll be adding cards from my collection to FST as I go so watch for new items. 50% of sales go to Lahaina Restoration Foundation.

Favorites:

Baseball: Boston Red Sox, Dennis Eckersley, Carl Yastrzemski, Harmon Killebrew, Eddie Murray

Football: Brett Favre, Walter Payton, Danny White

Basketball: Boston Celtics & Larry Bird

Hockey: Boston Bruins

Other: AFL/VFL (Aussie Rules Football), NRL (National Rugby League (AU)), Texas Longhorns, Georgia Bulldogs

I enjoy buying large lots of random cards from estates, auctions, yard sales and digging through them to find my favorite players or just anything I don't already have. I'm open to trading/selling. Cards are in various conditions as some are from packs I bought vs. large boxes of randomness bought from various places across the country.

TRADING: Will process trade requests in the order they are received. FST cards are ExMt or better with a few vintage exceptions. Trades of all shapes and sizes are welcome. I'm not particular about condition except I have a 'no writing' rule. Seeing writing on a card reminds me of the horrors I inflicted upon my cards as a kid...lol.

VARIATIONS: I checked my sets when I initially entered them in 2021, but some of this years additions to 'variation hell' have not been double checked (EX. 1991 Fleer Baseball). If the VAR is important, please let me know and I will check my cards.

BUYING: Not currently buying.

SELLING: Currently selling from FST list. Working on moving some to collection items to FST.

DO NOT USE FEDEX to ship here. The local hub is notorious for losing, misdelivering, and flat out lying about packages.

NOTE: I will reply as soon as I can. Full-time job doesn't allow much spare time during the week (what's up with that?!?) Most trade processing will happen Fri-Mon as of August 2023

**Trades are back on, but I may be a week before I can respond.**

I'm accepting trades but require patience. Things are busy, but I really want to get trading again. Apologies to those that I am slow getting to. This is a hobby and it falls lower on my priority list than most other things.

Prefer PWE trades but willing to do others.

I'm slowly updating my collection - it will take quite a bit of time. I'd like to make trades where possible, but I'm also happy to sell my cards at fair prices. If it's on my sell/trade list, I'm not attached to it (unless I screwed up and put it on the wrong list). Willing to trade around the world to help others out and also to get some unique cards.

I'm primarily interested in hockey cards.

Long-time Oilers fan.

Current sets I'm collecting

  • 2021-22 OPC (mostly just subsets now)
  • Jumbo cards

Main players that I collect (in order of importance) are:

  • Joe Sakic
  • Braden Holtby - taught in junior high
  • Clarke MacArthur - taught in junior high
  • Scott Hartnell - hometown boy (Lloydminster)
  • Brad Stuart - hometown boy (RMH)
  • Jujhar Khaira
  • Kris Russell - Local boy
  • Jari Kurri
  • Andrew Cogliano
  • Martin Gelinas

For my kids, I am also collecting Jesse Puljujärvi, Luka Dončić (basketball), Alphonso Davies (soccer) and Jonathan David (soccer).

I also collect oddball type of collections and food ones.

Hit me up if you see anything that interests you. Please be patient as I am finding it hard to find the time right now to get to the trades, but I will respond.
